A Jim McLean-trained Master Instructor with 14 years at that rank, he trained under McLean at Doral Golf Resort in Miami, served as Director of Golf Schools at the Jim McLean Golf School at Legend Trail in Scottsdale and Lead Master Instructor at the school's La Quinta Resort location, and taught as a Master Instructor at Mariners Point in Foster City before joining Crystal Springs.
