Course guide
The maintained course record, presented separately from live booking and user reviews.
Its Black tees stretch to 7,071 yards. The routing crosses oak-studded San Juan Valley hills with elevation changes, bunkers and decisions about the line from each tee.
The club’s scorecard pairs the existing 7,071-yard Black-tee distance with par 72, a men’s course rating of 74.1 and slope of 139. The front nine totals 3,612 yards and the back nine 3,459. The sixth can play as a par 5 or par 4 from different Gold positions, which explains the alternate par-71 and par-72 Gold ratings on the card; the Black routing remains par 72.
The operator scorecard also gives 1996 as the club’s establishment year and credits the original design to Fred Couples and Gene Bates.
Recent work refreshed the greens, tees, bunkers and fairways. The operator highlights the eighth, a par 4, and the fifteenth, a par 3. A 15-acre practice range, chipping area, greenside bunkers and large putting green support warmups and short-game work.
The daily-fee course has a 15-acre driving range, dedicated chipping area, two greenside bunkers and an 8,000-square-foot putting green. PGA-led instruction covers full swing, short game, putting and on-course decisions. The operator’s 18-hole pace target is four hours and 30 minutes, with starters and on-course staff helping groups keep position.
