Tom Doak

Tom Doak is an American golf course architect and the founder of Renaissance Golf Design. A leading figure in the minimalist school of golf design, he is known for routing courses that work naturally with the existing terrain.

His celebrated designs include Pacific Dunes at Bandon Dunes and Ballyneal, and he is also the author of the influential book The Confidential Guide to Golf Courses.
